ECDP Chips&Low Melting Chips:

The ECDP fiber has uniform longitudinal thickness and smooth surface. Good tensile property;, Good elasticity of crimp; The friction factor is large; High moisture regain; Less mass than resistance. Finish the dyeing process within 100ºC. 
It is highly suitable for use in combination with nylon/acrylic/cotton fibers, effectively solving the problem of difficult dyeing and enhancing the comfort of the fabric.Adored by Chinese seamless underwear factories

Semi-Dull/Full-Dull Cationic Series:
Change the common rule of Bright in the cationic yarn market, Semi-dull and Full-dull finishes make the yarn color whiter, and the color of the fabric after dyeing is more fashionable and high-end, providing more possibilities for dyeing.

Full-Dull/Semi-Dull/Optical White Series:

It is widely used in garments, shoes and so on, especially for making shirts, shoes,white socks, white medical clothing, sports clothing, trademarks, sewing thread, white gloves, etc.

Mother yarn&Mono yarn
The mother yarn produced by chips has better physical properties and workability than the yarn directly spinning by melt, and can be customized to produce SD/BR/CDP/FR/HSR mother filament.
Both splitting and direct spinning/polyester and nylon/paper and iron tube, packing and using can be a variety of options, easier to complete cost control and switching.

ECDP Chips&Low Melting Chips:

Excellent Dyeing Performance: It can be dyed using cationic dyes at 95°C under normal atmospheric pressure, achieving deep color and vibrant shades.
Good Physical Properties: High strength and elongation
Improved Moisture Absorption: Slightly better moisture absorption compared to regular polyester, improving wearing comfort.
Good Spinnability: Easily processed and shaped during fiber manufacturing.
Energy Efficiency: Due to the low melting point, energy consumption can be reduced during processing.
The melting point ranged for producing low-melting-point chips is from 110°C to 230°C.

A. All the raw materials by IQC( Incoming Quality Control ) before launch whole proce s into the process after the screening.
B. Process each link in the proces of IPQC ( Input process quality control ) patrol inspection.
C. After finished by QC full inspection before packing into the next process packaging.

2.Are you manufactory or trade company?
We are manufactory specialized in Polyester Yarn for many years already, in Suzhou, Jiangsu province, China. Also we had large warehouse and quality control department for purchasing products for clients.

3.Can I get free samples to confirm?
Yes, we can provide free samples, but you have to bear the freight.

4.What's your MOQ?
Under normal circumstances, the minimum order quantity of our regular products is 500kg.
